Before the holiday season begins, Church of the Cross is hosting a service to remember and give thanks for those we love who have died. It will be a time to both grieve and celebrate as we prepare our hearts for entering the Advent and Christmas seasons. It is to honor both those who have passed away recently or a while ago, and both those who died after many years or right at the beginning of their lives. This contemplative service will include the celebration of communion and a time to name together those who have died. Please consider inviting a friend or family member who is grieving or someone who would welcome a sacred space to celebrate the memory of a cherished person.
